| Education Fund Committee | Establish criteria for awards to local high school seniors, collect applications, select winners, conduct awards presentations, and maintain records in accordance with IRS rules. | | Program Committee | Provide food and refreshments for general membership meetings, schedule presentations/entertainment for meetings, and recommend events for yearly activity plan | | Membership Committee | Solicit new members, mail welcome letters, distribute member handbook and badges to new members, and keep member handbook and membership list current. | | Publicity Committee | Make the public aware of CIAO, its purpose and activities by publicizing significant events such as Education Fund Awards, fundraisers, etc. and utilize photography, captions and articles in local newspapers, newsletters. | | Aid and Comfort Committee | Inform the Board of health issues of members and their families and deliver good wishes and support to families in difficulty. |
